  • Proof of ownership of the payment method

ebb999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, please notify our support team immediately.

3. Age Restrictions

For ages 21 and above: ebb999 is for people aged 21 or older only. Account creation or gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.

ebb999 is firmly committed to preventing minors from gaming. If we find that a user is under 21 years of age:

  • The account will be closed immediately.
  • All funds deposited into that account may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes.

  • ebb999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ebb999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
Example 2: Deposit ৳16,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (bonus amount × 15). This means for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before withdrawing the bonus.

  • There is a specific time limit for meeting the wagering requirement — the time limit will be stated in the bonus offer.
  • Some games may contribute differently to the wagering calculation.
  • Each promotion's own terms and conditions apply.

5.3 Bonus Rules

  • Each player may claim each promotion only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse (bonus arbitrage) is found, the account may be closed.
  • ebb999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

ebb999's five-tier VIP program offers weekly cashback:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement in VIP tier depends on your regular gaming activity. ebb999 may change the cashback rates and terms at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on ebb999 are conducted fairly and transparently. Players must comply with the following:

  • All games must be played according to their own rules.
  • Any attempt to interfere with or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
  • Taking advantage of technical errors is not acceptable.
  • If a dispute arises over a game result, ebb999's decision is final.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted midway due to a server error or internet disconnection, ebb999 will review the system logs and resolve the issue. In such situations, ebb999 may restart the game or refund the wagered amount.

6.3 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game will be displayed in that game's interface. Special betting limits may apply when playing with a bonus.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ebb999:

  • Creating or using multiple accounts.
  • Operating an account under another person's identity.

8. Account Closure

8.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All withdrawable balances should be withdrawn before closing the account.

8.2 Closure by ebb999

ebb999 may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

  • Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Suspicion of fraud or deception.
  • The account has been inactive for an extended period.
  • A self-exclusion request as part of the responsible gaming policy.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has been completely inactive for 12 months or more and has a remaining balance, ebb999 will attempt to notify the relevant user.
